Carcassonne Airport
Carcassonne Airport (French: Aéroport de Carcassonne, IATA: CCF, ICAO: LFMK) is an airport serving Carcassonne and the south of Languedoc. The airport is located on the western edge of the city, 3 km (2 nautical miles) from the city center, in the Aude department of the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. It is also known as Salvaza Airport, Carcassonne Salvaza Airport or Carcassonne Airport in Pays Cathare (Aéroport de Carcassonne en Pays Cathare). The airport handles commercial national and international flights as well as private, non-regular air traffic.

Air service history
In 1993, according to the Official Airline Guide (OAG) Carcassonne was served by Aigle Azur airlines with nonstop service to Paris Orly Airport operated with Saab 340 regional turboprop airliners.  During the late 1990s, the airport was being served with budget flights to and from European airports and by 2006 had regular flight connections with Dublin, London Stansted, Liverpool, East Midlands and Charleroi. In 2011, the airport served 368,000 passengers.
Atlas Atlantique Airlines operated from the airport briefly to Oran in Algeria from 2016-2017; however, the airline ceased operations in late November 2017.
Ryanair is the only airline currently operating scheduled passenger service into the airport and operates Boeing 737-800 jetliners on all of its flights.
Facilities
The airport sits at an elevation of 434 feet (132 m) above mean sea level. It has one paved runway designated, which measures 2,050 by 45 metres (6,726 ft × 148 ft). It also has a parallel unpaved runway with a grass surface measuring 800 by 30 metres (2,625 ft × 98 ft).  It can cater to aircraft operating under VFR.
Inside the terminal building there are two departure gates. A small shop is land-side in the terminal
A campus of the École nationale de l'aviation civile is also at the airport.

DECATHLON ROLLS OUT PARCEL LOCKERS IN BELGIUM

Sports retailer Decathlon is working with bpost subsidiary Cubee to roll out parcel collection lockers at its stores in Belgium. The sports retailer and bpost are introducing collection points at 12 stores across Belgium by the end of 2019. The first points will be at stores in Maasmechelen and Olen, with Antwerp and Wavre to follow in the short term. The machine in the car park of the Maasmechelen store has 58 individual lockers. Built by Cubee, the technology allows customers to collect and return online orders from certain internet shops. Customers are sent an email or SMS with the collection code once the courier places the order in the Cubee parcel machine. In the future, Decathlon wants to use the machines to offer a same-day click and collect service. Saudia Cargo has successfully provided all its logistical capabilities to bring the WWE wrestling ring equipment of the show that were forwarded by Sound Moves via Saudia Cargo freighters Share by  Logistics Middle East Staff Wed 12 Jun 2019 04:13 PM Saudi Airlines Cargo Company transported 175 Tons of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) equipment all the way to Jeddah, from Maastricht in the Netherlands for the WWE event that took place at King Abdullah Sports City in June. Saudia Cargo has successfully provided all its logistical capabilities to bring the WWE wrestling ring equipment of the show that were forwarded by Sound Moves via Saudia Cargo freighters. Boeing 747-8s & Boeing 777s carrying total tonnages of 175 tons delivered the cargoes in May.
