Tenmou is Back and Ready to Invest in Your Startup


Tenmou, Bahrain’s first business angels company that provides mentorship and capital to high potential and innovative Bahraini startup founders, has introduced new strategies focused on investing in scalable startups.

 The new strategy will focus on revamping and expanding the team, and to incorporate more programs that facilitate more investments in earlier stage startups. Tenmou is also looking to collaborate with other investors and create more opportunities to network with other startup founders and investors. Moreover, Tenmou is open to investing in startups across all sectors, not focusing specifically in one area. They are planning to invest in seed-stage startups with early signs of traction in their product, market, or revenue.

2019 is the year of improvement and big changes for Tenmou, because they will be opening a new office and co-working space that will be announced soon. They are also hoping to get more success stories out there. That’s not all, they will be hosting the MENA Angel Investors Summit under the Global Entrepreneurship Week for the 8th consecutive year.

“We will continue investing in high potential Bahrain based startups, especially for those who are passionate and have the potential to scale and are committed to work hard and take our advisory with open mindedness,” said Nawaf Al-Kooheji, CEO of Tenmou.

DECATHLON ROLLS OUT PARCEL LOCKERS IN BELGIUM

Sports retailer Decathlon is working with bpost subsidiary Cubee to roll out parcel collection lockers at its stores in Belgium. The sports retailer and bpost are introducing collection points at 12 stores across Belgium by the end of 2019. The first points will be at stores in Maasmechelen and Olen, with Antwerp and Wavre to follow in the short term. The machine in the car park of the Maasmechelen store has 58 individual lockers. Built by Cubee, the technology allows customers to collect and return online orders from certain internet shops. Customers are sent an email or SMS with the collection code once the courier places the order in the Cubee parcel machine. In the future, Decathlon wants to use the machines to offer a same-day click and collect service. Saudia Cargo has successfully provided all its logistical capabilities to bring the WWE wrestling ring equipment of the show that were forwarded by Sound Moves via Saudia Cargo freighters Share by  Logistics Middle East Staff Wed 12 Jun 2019 04:13 PM Saudi Airlines Cargo Company transported 175 Tons of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) equipment all the way to Jeddah, from Maastricht in the Netherlands for the WWE event that took place at King Abdullah Sports City in June. Saudia Cargo has successfully provided all its logistical capabilities to bring the WWE wrestling ring equipment of the show that were forwarded by Sound Moves via Saudia Cargo freighters.
